At The Kite Academy Trust, our strategy is more than a plan—it's a shared commitment to the future of our Trust and a promise that together, we will continue to grow, improve and thrive as one Kite community for the benefit of every child.

One Vision, One Strategy, One Team

This strategy was not written in isolation. It is the result of meaningful collaboration with our stakeholders—colleagues, pupils, parents/carers, trustees and governors – intended to gather insights that would shape our priorities and ensure our strategy reflects the needs and aspirations of those we serve. The result is the co-creation of a unified strategy that is rooted in our mission, vision and values, and sets out a clear and ambitious direction for the next 5 years of our Trust’s journey.
