“Being part of The Kite Academy Trust has been utterly transformational for our little school. Recently, for the first time in our 25-year history, The Ferns was graded Good by Ofsted, and this achievement would not have been possible without the Trust's collaborative approach. Through shared planning, weekly faculty support and access to expert colleagues, our staff felt confident, supported, upskilled and listened to. The Trust’s strong business, governance and education services took pressure away and allowed me to focus on leading the changes that were required to ensure that our children finally had the very best offer possible.”
