This strategy was not written in isolation. It is the result of meaningful collaboration with our stakeholders—colleagues, pupils, parents/carers, trustees and governors – intended to gather insights that would shape our priorities and ensure our strategy reflects the needs and aspirations of those we serve. The result is the co-creation of a unified strategy that is rooted in our mission, vision and values, and sets out a clear and ambitious direction for the next 5 years of our Trust’s journey.

Our services will be agile, data-driven and financially resilient, with growing income from expanded nursery provision, lettings and consultancy, all underpinned by a forward-thinking digital strategy.

By 2030, Kite academies will serve as trusted community anchors, offering wrap-around care, flexible nursery options and broad support for families.
