The Kite Academy Trust are offering an exciting opportunity for a committed and ambitious school leader to take on the role of Head of Academy Improvement within our Trust.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding leader with the vision and energy to build on our successes and achievements and to support all of our academies in improvement. This person must be passionate about the education and development of every pupil and have a commitment to working across the Trust to continue to raise standards in teaching, learning and outcomes for all of our children.
The role will be part of the Executive Team, supporting the strategic direction of the Trust and ensuring that this is understood and developed by all leaders across the Trust. This is particularly important as our Trust is growing and needs to ensure that all academies are supported to give the very best to all of our children. You will have key responsibility for academy improvement, leading and deploying a team to support improvement in our academies as required.
